SOOOOO CUTE! I actually bought three tulle skirts on ebay..lol..they took forever to arrive but they were like 10 bucks each. To make them extra poofy I added another cheapo tutu from ebay underneath as a petticoat, Now bc of this post i think i’ll order a pink one from there today!! ha ha..
